いかん。
ここ二ヶ月ぐらい、新しい曲の練習をサボり過ぎている。
３月の地震と海外旅行を自分への言い訳にしたいけど、いくらなんでもサボり過ぎている。
明日からまた頑張ろう。。。

NBCの深夜テレビ番組「The Tonight Show」で、この作曲者Steve Allenが司会者を務めた間、オープニングテーマソングとして使われました。
このゴキゲンな曲調は、確かに当時のテレビ番組っぽい。
個人的に興味深い歌詞なので載せておきます。

ダイエットを気にして
ケーキの代わりにイチジクを食べてる時かも
何の前触れもなくても 男と女がいたなら
何か大きなことが始まるかも
ねえ、次々起こる運命なんて
自分でコントロールできることじゃない

でもね、玄関先に恋人を見つけたなら
